General themes

Maybe it is my masterpiece.
Twenty nine among the greatest conductors of the 20th century
lead altogether an unique musician :
Albert Einstein playing one string violin (out of tune)
on a background of particle bursts and black holes.
The frame is plenty quantum and surrealistic-relativistic counters.
On the top, there is even a small trap door as a key to find the names of the conductors.

My very first painting as I was fourteen.
I did not imagine at the time that painting would occupy an important place in my life.
My next picture came sixteen years later.
This first work was praised in three internal railways magazines, as I was young and totally unexperienced.

The new musical laws are dispayed on the jail wall :
From now on, it is stricly forbidden to play more than one note at once, monophony is compulsory.
The street musician has a one-string violin.
However, the ghost of the young Mozart appears and reinduces polyphony by his own presence.
A music policeman shoots him up... in vain.

I liked the theme of this drawing (have a look in the paintings page)
So I painted it again with acrylics.

The muque, this word exists neither in english nor in french. But it is related with mucous.
There are here the five muques, corresponding to the five senses :
Mite, snot, wax, dribble and sweat.

All is said in the title.

Formentera

Everybody had seen this spectacular storm.
So it was a good surprise to see this painting two days later in the gallery.

These bloody mosquitos are sucking Formentera. .

Objective Moon ?
The lighthouse at the Cap de Berberia, a carob tree offering shade to sleeping sheep,
and a swallow hole which has the shape of Formentera with the megalithic site of Ca Na Costa inside.

Panoramic view of the harbour of Es Cal�.
So the titel Es Caro is a pun, it means It is expensive
as the painting is a real room corner furniture.

Lizards on springboards with sun glasses and swimsuits.
On the left, a lizard is paddling before Migjorn beach and the Cap de Berberia.
Below, in the swimming-pool, another one is diving with mask and snorkel.
